Privates Appointments are one-on-one personal training sessions using the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Mat and many small props. Your veteran, certified instructor will lead you step by step through a workout tailored to your goals. Private instruction allows you to learn and move at your own pace and comfort zone. Using the STOTT® Pilates teaching technique, your posture and movement will be analyzed for a balanced approach to developing stability, strength and mindful movement. Anyone can benefit from Private sessions, but especially those recovering from injuries, with muscular imbalances and pain, or who need extra attention on movement biomechanics.
In Semi-Private Appointments, 2 to 3 participants are being led by a certified and experienced instructor through a workout specifically programmed to their needs. In this setting, the instructor can give detailed guidance to each student while maintaining flow between exercises. Using the STOTT® Pilates teaching method, each student’s posture and movement will be analyzed for a balanced approach to stability, strength, and mindful movement. All the benefits of personal training at half the price, and even more fun with a friend or two!
